SANTA ROSA, CALIF. Date: February 25, 2004 - California-based Cattlemens Restaurants promoted its CEO, Wayne Holloway, to President and CEO. The 34-year employee of the company accepted the title, replacing Pete Gillham Jr., the owner and now former President of Cattlemens. Pete Gillham Jr. moved into the position of Chairman of the Board for the company.
